RD930H金属波齿复合垫为标准管系和热交换器理想的密封产品，经简单处理后可反复使用。
RD930H是由金属板两面经机械加工成一定深度的波齿状金属环，并
在其两面覆上一定厚度、柔软的非金属密封条而成，既有金属的强度，又有波齿形弹性的特点，密封效果优异，耐高温、高压、腐蚀，牢固、泄漏低。
通常浮动对中环的厚度为0.5mm，经过广泛的研究和实践，以及一些
重要客户的运用情况，RD930H系列金属波齿复合垫的浮动对中环的厚度被增加到1.5mm。
主要优点 结构特性
由于金属波齿垫在最小和最大的螺栓紧固应力下
密封性能都非常好，故有如下优点:
◆较好的适用于系统温度和压力剧烈波动的工况
◆在紧固连接面的螺栓应力不均衡的情况下亦能
保证密封
◆适用于低、中、高压法兰
◆根据所选用的软密封条的材料特性，最高可承受系统1000℃的温度和250bar的压力
◆安装完成后，软密封条的厚度仅为0.1～0.2mm，密封效果好，减少了系统泄漏、失效和污染环境概率
◆垫片拆卸方便，不会破坏法兰密封面
◆金属波齿环在清洗、检查后安装上新的软密封条可反复使用，用作热交换器垫片尤为经济实惠 ◆由于密封性能优秀，使用可靠，减少了泄漏，最大限度降低了维修成本 Camprofile or "Grooved" Gaskets have proven themselves in all industrial applications. Camprofile gaskets are found in industrial power plants and in the primary circuits in nuclear installations. Used either between flanges or in heat exchanger units in nuclear applications. The Petrochemical and Chemical industries benefit too, as the gaskets are used in applications where high pressures and temperatures are maintained and consequently high bolt loads need to be controlled.

For flange protection the Camprofile gaskets are normally used in conjunction with a covering layer of either PTFE, Graphite etc, and provided that the layer thickness is correct in application the flange will be completely protected from the grooved profile of the gasket.

Advantages
